Data Request and Deletion Policy – 666P GameX

Purpose

This policy explains how a visitor may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information submitted directly to 666P GameX. It supplements our Privacy Policy and does not create control over information held independently by a third-party application, payment provider or external website.

The exact rights available to a visitor can depend on their location and applicable law. The European Commission’s data-protection guidance provides general information about individual privacy rights in the European Union. We aim to handle reasonable requests transparently even where a particular legal right does not apply.

Information covered

A request may concern information submitted through our contact form, comments, newsletter form or another direct website feature. Relevant data might include a name, email address, message, IP-related security record or comment information, depending on the feature used and our active website tools.

Do not send external account passwords, wallet PINs, one-time codes, complete identity documents or unnecessary financial details. 666P GameX does not need these items to review a privacy request.

Information not controlled by us

We cannot access or delete information held by a third-party game, application, advertiser, analytics provider, social network, payment service or linked website merely because it was mentioned on 666P GameX. Requests concerning an external account must be submitted to that provider through its official privacy or support route.

Our No Affiliation and Brand Disclaimer explains that we are not automatically the official support department for platforms discussed in our articles.

Types of requests

Subject to identity verification and applicable limitations, a visitor may ask us to confirm whether we hold directly submitted information, provide a reasonable copy, correct inaccurate information, delete eligible information, withdraw a consent-based preference or explain how the information is used.

The UK Information Commissioner’s Office provides general explanations of the right of access and the right to erasure. These resources are provided for general reference and do not mean that UK law applies to every visitor.

A request should be specific enough to locate the relevant record. For example, provide the email address used in a contact form, approximate submission date and page involved. Do not include unrelated sensitive information.

How to submit a request

Use our Contact Us page and clearly label the message “Privacy Request” or “Data Deletion Request.” State the type of action requested and provide only the information reasonably needed to identify the relevant submission.

If the request concerns a public comment, include the article URL, displayed comment name and approximate submission date. If it concerns an email, contact us from the same email address where reasonably possible.

Identity verification

We may take reasonable steps to confirm that the requester is the person concerned or is authorised to act for that person. Verification helps protect users against fraudulent deletion, alteration or disclosure requests.

We will not ask for excessive documentation when a simpler method is sufficient. Depending on the record, confirmation from the original email address or knowledge of the relevant submission may be adequate.

Our review process

After receiving a request, we may acknowledge it, locate relevant records, assess applicable obligations and identify any lawful reason for retaining limited information. We may ask a focused follow-up question if the request is unclear, incomplete or excessively broad.

Response times can depend on complexity, identity verification and applicable law. We do not promise immediate deletion, especially where a request cannot be verified or affects security records, legal claims or another person’s privacy rights.

Reasons information may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for website security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, record integrity or establishing and defending legal claims. We may also preserve aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies the requester.

Where only part of a record requires retention, we may delete, anonymise or restrict the remaining information when technically and legally reasonable.

Backups and technical delay

Deleted data may remain temporarily in secured backups until those backups rotate, expire or are safely overwritten. Backup copies are not intended for ordinary use and may be restored only for legitimate operational, recovery or security reasons.

Caching, search-engine results and third-party archives may continue to display previously public information outside our direct control. After information has been removed from its original page, a visitor may review Google’s official process for refreshing outdated content in Search.

Removal from 666P GameX does not guarantee immediate removal from Google or every other independent search engine, cache, archive or third-party service.

Requests concerning minors

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a minor submitted personal information directly to our website may request its review and deletion. We may verify the relationship and locate the relevant record while avoiding unnecessary collection of additional personal data.

See our Age Policy for information about the website’s intended adult audience and minor-protection principles.

Abusive or fraudulent requests

We may decline or limit requests that are manifestly unfounded, fraudulent, repetitive, intended to obtain another person’s information or technically impossible to fulfil. We may also refuse to disclose information that would compromise website security or another person’s privacy.

Any refusal or limitation will be considered in light of applicable law, available evidence and the information reasonably accessible to us.

Complaints

If a visitor believes that a privacy request was mishandled, they may submit a complaint under our Complaints and Content Review Policy. Include the original request date and enough context to review the issue without publishing or submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

This policy may be updated when our website features, data practices, technical tools or applicable legal requirements change.
